The address you search — so we can generate the risk check for that property.
Basic usage information — standard technical data (like which pages loaded) needed to run and improve the site.

How we use it

To generate and send you the risk report you requested.
To make an agent introduction — but only when you specifically ask us to. If you request an intro, we share your details with one licensed Palm Beach County agent so they can reach out.
To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Sharing & compensation

Your info goes to exactly two places: the report we send you, and the licensed agent we introduce you to if you ask for an intro. If you request an introduction, we share your details with one licensed Palm Beach County agent so they can reach out — we don't add you to lead lists or share your details with multiple agents. Picket may earn a referral fee from that agent's brokerage when a deal closes — paid by the brokerage, never by you. Your information may also be disclosed where required by law.

You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you, or ask questions about this policy, by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond as required by applicable law.
